In-Store Pick Up: 

We offer in store pick up! 

Once you have received a email notification that your order is ready to pick up, please bring order confirmation & valid photo ID. Call (787) 722-6317 on arrival, and we will meet you at the curbside. 

Pick-up hours: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday-Saturday.

Orders placed before 1:00PM EST will generally be ready for pick up the same day.

Shipping to the US and Puerto Rico:

Order Processing Time

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm AST (excluding holidays) will be processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 12pm AST on Fridays would be processed the following Monday or business day.

*UPS does not provide 2 Day Delivery to all addresses. If your location is remote, the 2 Day shipment method may not be available to you. We cannot guarantee delivery dates as delivery depends on the carrier.

Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 


Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.

We require that you select a secure delivery address and preferably one where someone is able to receive your package directly.

Shipping Holidays and its carriers will not be shipping or delivering on the following holidays/day the holiday is observed:

International Shipping:

UPS Worldwide Expedited is $50 and takes 5-12 business days in transit.

Our integration with the Zonos App allows you to pre-pay duties and taxes at check out. This way your package will arrive straight to your doorstep avoiding possible delays at Customs.

We do NOT provide return shipping labels on international orders.


lf you are unhappy with your order within 14 days of receiving it, we will give you a  refund to your original method of payment.

Submit a Return Request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  • Log In to your account:
    • In the email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  • Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • If the order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • Select the reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click Request Return

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once items are returned.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached. Shoes must also be unworn and in their original boxes. Accessories, Jewelry, Swimsuits, Skincare, Cosmetics, Napkins, Paper Plates, Perfumes and Candles may not be returned.

All sales with a discount of 60% or above are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. Prices ending in $.99 are FINAL SALE.

If you do not receive the return label, contact us and we will send you one via email. The Return Label inside the shipment only applies on regular price purchases. To return a sale item, feel free to contact us.
