Return and Exchange Policy

Refunds:
- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receipt, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit.
- A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once items are received at our warehouse.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for all custom and duties charges.
- All international returns should be handled by the client. We do NOT provide return labels on international orders.
- If you refuse to accept the package, a return-to-sender fee of $30 will be deducted from the refund for both U.S. and international orders.
- All items purchased at a discount of 60% or more are considered FINAL SALE and are ineligible for return or exchange. Additionally, items with prices ending in $.99 are FINAL SALE.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags intact.
REFORMAT
Footwear: When trying on shoes, please do so on a clean surface to avoid scratching the soles or damaging the shoe box. Returns must include the dust bag (if applicable) and the shoe box in undamaged condition, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Swimwear: For hygienic reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear. All returned swimwear must be in its original condition with tags and sanitary liners in place.
Handbags: All bags must be returned with their tags and boxes. Handle light-colored bags with care to avoid dye transfer from dark clothing.
Jewelry: Must be returned with tags attached, along with dust bags and the original box. Earrings are not accepted.
Books: Must be returned with the protective cover and original packaging.
Houseware: Napkins, paper plates may not be returned.
Perfumes/Candles: Perfumes and candles may not be returned.
(Byredo and Diptyque products may not be returned)
If items are soiled, damaged, worn, or used, they will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
Additional Information:
-Returns will not be accepted if the tag is removed or damaged.
-All merchandise undergoes a quality inspection before shipment. If you receive a defective product, please e-mail orders@shop-olivia.com with your order number and a description of the defect.
-For hygiene reasons, returns on underwear and earrings are not accepted.
-Custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
-Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed.
